Nuance & Fathom Announce Spindogs MergerNews
We’re thrilled to officially announce a full strategic merger with fellow Cardiff digital marketing agency, Spindogs!
Now that we have unleashed the news we been itching to tell you about for the last two months, don’t panic! we’ll take you through all the detail, so you can stay fully informed of the changes and how they affect you, as a client, supplier or long-term friend of N&F.
Spindogs, best known for their work with Sony, Cardiff Airport, Disabilty Sport Wales and Traveline Cymru, were founded in 2004 and are now managed by Liam Giles and David Morgan.
Having become one of Wales’ largest digital marketing agencies, Spindogs now boasts a team of 27 exceptionally talented direct and digital marketing specialists.
As both agencies work with some great brands and have a track record of delivering outstanding award-winning work, the fit is incredibly complementary. This merger takes both agencies to the next level in terms of scope and resource, and puts us in a stronger position to challenge both locally and nationally.
“We’re thrilled to welcome the Nuance & Fathom team to Spindogs. The team have proven skills in connecting big brands and their audiences through carefully thought out, creative and strategic content – we’re truly excited by the disruptive force that we can become together.”
Liam Giles, Managing Director (Spindogs)
So, the all-important question – how does the merger affect N&F clients, suppliers and contacts?
The new combined agency will focus on delivering enhanced audience-centred digital experiences and will operate under the Spindogs brand.
Together we’ll offer a broader range of services across creative, user experience, digital content and online strategy services including web, data services, email marketing, outreach, pay-per-click advertising and remarketing. We also have a dedicated web support team for all your website problems or queries.
Despite operating under the Spindogs brand, in the short term, nothing is set to change in terms of your regular point of contact, client arrangement or delivery schedule. Currently, there is no change to our phone number or email addresses, except that any outbound communication we make will be via Spindogs. Our new Cardiff address, has been updated (see footer below), while our London office address remains the same.
From the end of July, your invoices will be issued directly by Spindogs. Please note that new bank details for payments will be provided, so please update your records accordingly.
Our Nuance & Fathom account will remain up and running for a month or two, just in case any summer holiday makers miss the memo!
All that remains for me to say is that we’re very excited to be joining forces with Spindogs, and becoming part of a successful and highly regarded brand. They are the perfect match for Nuance & Fathom and our clients. With ever more marketing spend moving to digital, this is a great time for a team of creatives and technical marketers to create the next generation of agency.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new office very soon!
